At Phyathai 2 Heart Center, under international accreditation, we have doctors on standby 24/7 - ready to help any heart disease patients within the immediate critical time period. They are a team of highly experienced and well-trained doctors and nurses. The center is equipped with specialized catheterization laboratory having the latest technology including a Hybrid Operating Theater to provide 24 hour care. The innovations of minimally invasive heart surgery, off-pump surgery and non-surgical procedure of sealing a hole in the heart with umbrella-like discs can also be found here as well. All these contribute to a better treatment and our patients faster recovery. Furthermore, comprehensive rehabilitation programs by our expertise team are available for the patients in order to resume normal activities in daily life.

Our Facility

Mobile CCU (Coronary Care Unit) :

For emergency cases, we do have a Mobile CCU van specifically for cardiac conditions. Mobile CCU ambulance is outfitted with respirator; EKG monitor, Pulse oximeter, and Infusion pump which are important for saving lives of cardiac patients. Team of expertise doctors and nurses who are professionally trained to take care of the patients in emergency situations will accompany the patients along the way to the hospital, thus reducing risk of deaths.

Hybrid Operating theatre:

Hybrid Operating room is developed to merge interventional approach with traditional surgical function of the operating room, allowing the cardiologist to perform minimally invasive and open-surgery techniques simultaneously. It is also designed to support multidisciplinary approach so that interventional radiologists, surgeons and anesthetists can work together to provide safer, quicker and more efficient service. Equipped with advanced medical imaging devices such as fixed C-Arms, CT scanners and MRI scanners, these complex imaging devices enable complex minimally-invasive surgery and the outcome is considerably less traumatic for the patient, less scarring, a shorter hospital stay and faster rehabilitation.
